Exactly what it looks like
It is a sheet of metal cut and stamped. The grooves are a nice touch for stability but like you’d expect from a sheet of metal, the corners and edges are all sharp. You won’t cut yourself, but it can easily scratch or damage anything that catches an edge or corner. I am using it as a cellphone holder so I took a file and smoothed off all the edges first. It does prop up a cellphone very nicely.
