I love this DVD!  As a sixty-something woman who has been working out for years, I was new to the rebounder-with-stability-bar world and delighted to find this compilation.  I like all three of the workouts on this DVD very much, but my favorite is the stability bar 23-minute workout.  I'm able to combine this with other fitness activities (e.g., walking, doing other DVDs) to  create a comprehensive workout experience that more than meets my needs.  I will be on the lookout for other DVDs by the same company because I'm so impressed by what they have to offer.  If you're on the fence about buying this, don't hesitate...it is a fun and effective workout.

I just bought a rebounder & the beginner dvd so I could see if I do this type of workout.  I really liked the video - though I've only done the first workout (started today).  It's a very good workout - you can make it as easy or as intense as you want.  I was sweating half way through but really enjoyed it.  I will likely continue with this workout for a couple more times just to get comfortable before moving to the next workout on the dvd.  It was easy to follow & they made it fun.

Il dvd è in inglese. Faticoso ma molto efficace. Io ho comprato il tappetino da Decathlon e seguendo gli esercizi mi diverto un mondo. Esercizi funzionali!
