Basic data, but good value for what you get
Less than 1 month, the module "popped" out of the bracelet unknowingly and is gone. I enjoyed the information and for the price it was sufficient for what I was interested in monitoring. Battery life is excellent. It doesn't constantly display information. You have to initiate or sync it on phone. The sleep data accuracy is sometimes questionable based on actual knowledge of wake times and is difficult to look at specific time detail. Only a few times are marked so time is an estimate based on position of data on the sparsely marked time line.

Don't waste your money
Just bought it charged it overnight 20 mins of wearing it and it died on me

nice, love it. but bumped my arm and the unit fell out never to be seen again. so disappointed.
