It’s very easy to clean. The base unscrews from the cup piece. I usually add water with soap and I turn on the blender to break up any residual from my smoothie then i take it apart. That helps to keep your blade clean.

Q: What is the noise level of this portable blender, I have to make sure it won’t bother my family?

About the same as a small RC car, if it's in the same room it's going to be a thing, across the house in another room? You should be good

Q: Will this fit in car cupholder?

Please be aware that the blender section doesn't come off the 20oz blender (not sure about the other size) but it's pretty slim overall, it can fit Into a cup holder for larger cups.

Q: Can the batteries be replaces?

I am not sure, but it doesn't look like it can be. Probably not. But I might be wrong
