Just What I Needed for My Pins
I did not know these were a thing but I am SO glad I found them! I have recently started collecting pins and brooches and put them on my library bag and work bag. As my bags filled with books and work stuff, my pinsโ backs would fall off. These locking pin keepers have been amazing! They truly lock your pin into place. No amount of pulling that I do or my things do make these pin backs come off. They are super easy to put on but they do take a bit of dexterity and practice to remove. I would definitely recommend these locking pin backs!

The best pin backs you can find.
Buy this immediately and replace every pin back you have with these! You will not regret it. These fit most pins correctly, snap on quick and easy and securely, and are not easy to remove by accident, but easy enough to remove when required. They beat the pants off of any other type of pin back.

Keeps my pins attached
Love these, I recommend them to anyone who loves pins and wants to show them off. they really lock in and prevent any tension from knocking the pin off.

These do exactly what you want, and they are GREAT at it. Read below!
Ok, first of all, these DO work with Disney pins. I have no idea what other reviewers are talking about when they say these don't work with Disney pins. I decided to bite the bullet and buy them anyway and I'm totally glad I did because they lock on so tight they feel like the locking backs that require the alan key, but if you pull them the right way they come right off. Honestly, these are an incredible invention. I've used these on enamel pins from Disney, as well as various other pins purchased in brick-and-mortar stores and around the internet and they work flawlessly with all of them. - I have never had one get stuck - I have never had one not fit on a normal enamel pin from any brand - They hold so tight, that if you could somehow only grip the base of it and avoid the small lip/cap that releases it, I believe you could tie a string to it and HANG OFF OF IT. I have a large collection of pins and I have both the screw-locking backs that require an alan key to tighten a set screw, as well as these quick-locking backs. I still use the screw-locking backs for pins that I have permanently affixed to backpacks, my pin trading bag, etc. At some level, those ones are stronger than these, while I'm pretty sure that the level at which there is a difference is far beyond the need of an enamel pin, I already had the screw-locking backs and I'm a nerd so I use them anyway for this case. BUT I would totally trust these in the same situation with all of my best pins. I use these for pins that I want to be sure to protect, but in places where I may swap them out more often because it's so easy to do. Since there seem to be a number of people that can't operate these properly I will also tell you how to use them, even though that information is readily available literally everywhere on the product page. Step 1: Push the back onto the pin Step 2: Do nothing else because it's locked on unless the pin back itself is defective but its a 100-pack so throw it away and grab another one. to remove: Step 1: Pull it off. Yes just pull on it. The end of the pin back that is opposite the hole has a raised disc where the diameter of said disc is larger than the shaft of the rest of the pin back so it's almost impossible to pull on it the wrong way. I cannot understand for the life of me how anyone is having a problem with this but for me they have been absolutely amazing and they're so cheap I've given handfuls of them to fellow pin collectors. 5 stars!

Strong pin backs, some defective
These backs don't let go when in place and have a slightly smaller profile than the cheap rubber backs most pins come with now. While most are easy enough to remove (you need both hands, btw), some require putting some muscle into unlocking them. Of the 17 I used so far, one didn't work due to the parts being misaligned and two had the tops you pull up pop off when trying to unlock them, leaving the rest stuck on the pins. While I was able to pop them back in place and remove the backs entirely, I didn't feel comfortable using them again. Overall, I'd recommend these, just make sure to buy more than you need.

Truly lockingโyour pins are safe!
These locking pin backs are STRONG. I collect enamel pins for my camera backpack, which gets bumped and jostled a lot. Without these pin backs, the pins fell off if they were bumped the right way. But with them, the pins stay in place. The pin will break before the back comes undoneโone of my pins actually did break, and the needle stayed in the backpack with the locking back. Iโm not at all upset that the pin broke, because if I hadnโt had the backs on, the pin would have slid out of the backpack and been lost anyway. These pin backs are perfect for what I needed them for, but they can be a little difficult to remove. If I ever need to rearrange my pins, some of the backs stick pretty badly. I wouldnโt recommend the locking backs for something you plan on removing often, unless you have plenty of time to fight with the pin. Yes, it can be annoying in the moment that the pin back wonโt come off, but ultimately itโs preferable to a weak locking back that could slide off and make me lose my pins. However, this issue seems to depend on the individual pin backโsome of them are easy to remove, and some of them are more difficult. Either way, backs do their job well, and I havenโt had a single one fall off of the pin.

A must have!
Iโve become rather obsessed with enamel pins in the last few months and bought these after losing one with the basic backing. These have kept my pins securely in place. They work great, are easy to use, good price, and all my favorites are still going strong on my work bag thanks to these.

Easy to attach and works super well!
I bought these as well as the locking backs with the tiny screws back in February 2022 and waited until now [October 2022] so I could make the best review I could of this product. These are truly great and I prefer them over the backs that come with the screws for a few reasons, I will list said reasons below and provide an explanation. Iโll also add a bit at the end of how to take them off since a couple of these reviews seem to be about that being difficult when itโs just a small learning curve to get over. Reason #1: Affordable When I bought these they were actually cheaper that the locking backs that came with the screws. Reason #2: Strong These backings ensure your pins are staying put! I use them on my pins on my jacket and they have been through a rough time for a few months, but I havenโt lost any pins. I checked one of my pins before writing this and it had actually bent from being tugged on by my bag strap and yet the backing stayed on. The pin physically bent instead of this backing coming off! Reason #3: Easier and Faster They are sooo much easier to attach, you just have to push them on like a regular backing. The other backs require you to use this tiny tiny screw and Allan key wrench every time you put them on and take them off, makes moving and repositioning pins very time consuming. Removing the Backings: Yes, like some people mention in their reviews, the backing are a little hard to remove at first but once you know how to itโs so much easier than the screws. This might not make too much sense but Iโll try to explain how to. You need to pull on the end circle while holding the rest of the backing in place, almost like youโre stretching or pulling it apart, and the backing should release the pin. I added a video to my review too of how it looks, hope that help! Itโs a little hard to do it with one hand but eventually itโll get easier, like learning how to undo a bra with one hand, itโll take a bit of practice haha! I hope this helps if anyone ends up reading something this long lol.

Really a great backer for pins!
My child's uniform has a lapel pin. It came with a basic brass backing that they lost immediately on the playground. Fortunately the pin wasn't lost. And this backer holds strong! I actually can't take it off!!

Work really well
Really impressed with these. They hold on super tightly to my pins, so I donโt have to worry about them coming loose from my jacket or bag.
