We love these mugs! My husband is a LIME fanatic! Coke & Lime, Beer & Lime, and I think he would put Lime in Milk if he thought he could get away with it.When I saw these (and I have research the benefits of copper) I had to get them. We LOVE cold drinks and this is one of the best ways to serve them.The copper takes on the cold of the ice/drink very quickly. The rim of the mug is cold within a few minutes so it is cool on your lips. (They will feel great on a hot day!) The handle keeps the heat of your hand away from the mugs. This will keep your drink colder longer.Some say that when the vodka (used in the official Mule Mug Recipe) is placed in copper, it begins to oxidize, thus enhancing the flavor. Basically, the same thing goes for the lemon. It will heighten the flavor and aroma.Our bodies do not synthesize copper on its own so we need copper to synthesize our bodies. Copper will help with our Thyroid, Arthritis, Anemia, and some say help with ADHD. (It’s been shown people with ADHD have a lack in copper in their bodies.) Copper also gets rid of some bacteria. (Told you I had done my research.)With all that being said… they just keep cold things cold and for a longer period of time. I put Dr. Pepper and Ice in a mug and it was so cool and refreshing. I also placed the same amount of Dr. Pepper and ice in a regular mug and you could definitely tell the difference! The copper mug was colder and kept the ice from melting almost twice as long as the one in the regular mug.I also like that these are 100% copper. There isn’t any stainless steel anywhere and the mugs are nice an heavy. You can tell they are hand forged and have a hammer look to them. The 16oz size is perfect for what I drink.The packaging is wonderful. The box itself is strong and sturdy and would be easy to wrap if you wanted to give these as a gift. But the way they are packaged is the bomb!Each cup in wrapped in tissue paper then bubble wrap to protect them in shipping. The shot glass (which is darling and also 100% copper) is found inside on of the mugs.Both my husband and I are finding we reach for the copper mugs more and more for our cold drinks. Although I haven’t tried them with alcohol yet, I am looking forward to a frozen Pina Colada. The citrus should interact with the copper increasing the aroma and taste. My husband is looking forward to having the official “Moscow Mule” drink. (I just can’t get passed the beer… ginger beer at that.)This is a wonderful product and all things considering this is a great price for this set. They look like the picture, they are 16oz, and they do more than just hold a Moscow Mule drink. I would definitely order them again and in fact already considering it.I think I want to find a tumbler that holds a bit more than 16oz but don’t know about one without a handle. I like the fact these keep the heat of my hand away from the mugs.These would make an AWESOME gift to anyone at any time. Once people know the benefits of copper, and how cold it keeps your drink, these will be selling out fast!We are really enjoying these mugs and in fact they are the most used mugs/glass in our home. I ordered these "Whalehead" mugs and got instead 2 mugs in a box labeled "Cuero". Inside the box there was nothing but the mugs - nothing about the mugs - where they were made etc.I should have known better - when something has 100% 5-star reviews, run, don't walk. Better yet, use Fakespot to identify whether there are fraudulent reviews. Great mugs and great sellers. We purchased two of these mugs and two of others that were highly rated and also were recommended by Amazon. These mugs were far superior in every way. The were thicker and heavier copper, the handles were copper and much than the others. The hammering and color was much better and we love them;We liked them so much that we purchased four more as a thank you to friends who welcomed us when we were in Nashville. We only purchased these and NO OTHERS including those recommended by Amazon, We thought there was a delivery problem based upon our friends information and we contacted the seller. They immediately replied and sought to help us get this corrected. Ended up the delivery was fine and our friends daughter in law had picked them up !!! Our friends now have them and have used them and suggested to us these were far superior to any that had seen or used before, commercial or otherwise. We feel the same with our two and wish we had ordered four of these instead of taking Amazon's advice.The sellers are fantastic to deal with and are incredibly responsive and helpful. The product is GREAT !!!!

These mugs are the real deal - 100% copper including the handles. I bought these as a gift for my 22 year old daughter who ranks the Moscow Mule as one of her favorite beverages. She LOVES them and had actually looked into how they were made...she was very impressed when she opened these. Copper is copper, so it has to be cared for carefully and there are certain properties about copper that you simply have to deal with. But THAT's what the novelty of these mugs are all about anyway. Extremely well made and the extra shot glass was a nice bonus.

Oh my, these are so nice. I got these to go with our bar. My husband started a whiskey bar in our house, so I figured I would start adding some things to it. This set is beautiful. They are actually solid copper which surprised me. The shot glass is a bit bigger than the rest of my shot glasses. My husband has nicknamed it the "get drunk" shot glass. Added bonus is if anyone gets drunk using these and drops them it won't damage them. These will be a feature set for our bar. They are different and a nice addition to leave sitting on the bar.

These mugs came in pretty poor condition - they had pretty bad scrapes on them. I don't see how they could have been new. They were a gift and not something I could give to someone I like. Also, the box looked similar to what was advertised, except "Moscow" was spelled "Mascow", or something similar, but still wrong. That was odd... They may have been counterfeit. Either way, if they were in new condition I would have overlooked - just something I thought was funny.

I was searching for some cool mugs for my husband and decided to purchase 3 different brands of copper mugs on Amazon and then decide which was best. Well this one til the cake! The weight of the copper mugs was impressive and made them feel like a higher quality than the others. Just wish they came with little straws. Other than that, perfect little set with the copper shot glasses. Love them! Can't wait to enjoy a delicious Moscow mule in one of these!
