Thee best
I have really thick hair. I have only ever achieved proper silk outs in certain salons and couldn't go to any stylist. I used someone's thairapy 365 and absolutely love it! I use heat on my hair less than 5 time a year and this is what I needed to achieve a Salon grade silk press.

Great Flat Iron
I bought this to replace my flat iron that died. This works great. It does a good job of smoothing my hair. I usually can skip a day or two after using it as it keeps my hair looking smooth - unless we have high humidity or rain. I have never used this to dry my hair. I always dry my hair with a hair dryer and brush until almost dry and then use my straightener to finish. BUT, I like that it can be used on wet hair. Makes me feel safer with my hair that it can be used on damp hair. I do like the heat options. The only downside is that the button for setting the heat is on the handle and I so, sometimes, hit the button, which changes the heat setting. Wish they would move the button. Other than that, it is a great straighter for the money.

Works and doesn’t damage hair
This is my second one of these. The first one was quite old but still worked perfectly. In fact my teenage daughter likes it so much that she took it over. She has long curly hair and this makes her hair straight and shiny. She was devastated the morning our dog ate the cord. Thank goodness I found this on Amazon for the same price I paid at Costco years ago and it arrived before she needed it again!

Doesn't grip hair.
You have to press hard to try and straightened your hair. Plus the cord is super bulky. I actually tossed it out 😩 why even have it in 😞😫😩

Very hot!
I bought (on sale) an expensive flat iron that was supposed to be amazing. It wasn’t much better than any of the cheep flat irons I’ve had. This one is really hot and gets my hair stick straight in no time.Downsides: The buttons to adjust heat are in a spot on the handle where you can’t help but click them occasionally while using. You can feel that you have done it to put it back easily, though. It is a little big to get super close the the root or use on short hair easily. It is also too wide to use to also curl hair. I just make sure to use small sections at the top to avoid lumpy roots and have a cheep flat iron still for my daughter’s Bob and bangs.I do recommend this HIGHLY to anyone who wants really straight hair without Chi prices.

Great flat iron
Love this flat iron. Easy to use. I only use the second heat level on dry or mostly dry hair.

Good basic flat iron
The flat iron itself does a good job but the placement of the power button is really in the wrong place, when I’m using it on my hair, I turn it off without even realizing it because the power button is in the place where your fingers are supposed to go when flat ironing your hair.I wish they would have designed it differently.
