I am thoroughly impressed with the DEPFALL Hot Towel Warmer! As a professional esthetician, having a reliable and efficient hot towel warmer is a must-have in my business. This product exceeded all of my expectations. The assembly was incredibly simple and took only a few minutes. The 23L large capacity of the cabinet means I can have a continuous supply of warm towels ready for my clients, which has been a game-changer in terms of providing a luxurious and relaxing experience. Did not last, Item stops working after a month.

Keeps things warm but the plastic lining the inside started breaking off really early into it's use. Its completely disintegrated on all the plastic parts by now. I've had mine for less than 8 months. The metal box on the inside is completely exposed. Very disappointed & unsafe, do not recommend.

Excellent product. Very lightweight and heats up very quickly. I like the LED bar light inside instead of the old-fashioned bowl. The only issue is the top shelf isn’t quite long enough to stretch across and it always falls down.

The warmer's compact size makes it easy to store, and it's lightweight enough to move around as needed. I bought it for my own use. The warmer has a simple on/off switch, and it's easy to operate. The warmer is also easy to clean, with a removable drip tray that catches any excess moisture. I’m happy with this product. Highly recommend

I’ve been wanting a towel warmer for my spa room and so glad I chose this one it fits a lot of towels and s small blanket inside the price on this was right on point so happy with my purchase 👍🏻

This is not working properly I just took it out of box and it’s not warming up enough, I purchased it in September of 2025, but because I did not have the time to start using it yet I never took it out the box. Because it turned on and I felt it warming up I threw the box away, but when I put the towels in to warm up they are still too cold.
