Wildflowers + Bonus Tracks
Since we started building a vinyl collection my wife and I said numerous times how great it'd be to have Wildflowers, hands down the best Petty record. But if you're able to find the original pressing the cost is insane. So my wife told me to only get her something small for Christmas and not spend much money. Happened to stumble upon this box set, realized Wildflowers is included and the entire set is considerably less $ than what I'd seen WF go for by itself. Wasn't familiar with much of anything else in the set but went for it anyway. When my wife opened it I was forgiven for the extra spending. At 7:30 Christmas morning we were both enjoying the best Petty record and it sounds fantastic. I'm actually looking forward to listening to the remaining records and there's probably some good stuff on them too. But regardless, the cost of this set is worth it just for Wildflowers and everything else is like bonus material

Audio perfection. All vinyl reissues should be done this way.
Stunning sound. Amazing remasters by Chris Bellman. I wish all vinyl remasters were done with this much care and attention to dynamics and sound quality. Worth every penny.

Extremely Disappointed In the Quality of This Set
Nicely packaged but more than half of the vinyl discs are warped to some degree. It’s sad because most of the discs sound absolutely beautiful. What’s worse, is that Wildflowers, the main disc I wanted this for, is warped beyond playability on BOTH LPs. Static, not just pops and clicks are so prominent that it sounds like an AM radio and a couple of songs actually skip, I’m assuming due to a combination of severe warping and bad pressing. Hopefully the seller will replace.

Got it for Wildflowers - highly recommend
Tom Petty’s legacy and music will live on forever. Needed Wildflowers on vinyl and couldn’t obtain it, I found it here. This set of studio albums on vinyl is a dream come true. Thanks for the music Tom

Stop thinking and buy it.
As an extremely dedicated TPATH fan, I had been searching for many of these records (pre mojo of course) online for a long time with no luck of ANYTHING under at least $150 per record. Wildflowers is an entire different story. ($300+ on eBay). To say I was excited when I heard about this box set is an understatement- and it DELIVERED. All of the albums are packaged to the exact way they were originally distributed. The quality varies on each record, the best being either The Last DJ or Echo (in my opinion of course) and the worst being She's The One (although, I wouldn't say it is bad quality.) This was my most expensive vinyl purchase to date, but it is a FANTASTIC investment. I have seen individuals reselling the wildflowers album from this box set for $150 on eBay. Packaging could be better, almost all of the inner sleeves had rips in them, but who cares. I may have only been collecting for a few years, but I can tell that this is a quality set. Thank you, TPATH!!

Nice companion to box set 1
This box set (set 2) arrived in perfect condition and the attention to detail was nice to see. The box is nicely constructed with a folding lid to expose the vinyl. The box is bigger than Box set 1 though equally as impressive. Some of the sleeves did appear quite fragile though but rigid enough. The pressings are quiet. She's The One IMHP would have been better if pressed as a 2LP. Not sure why Hypnotic Eye was only a single LP either (the 2LP version is very good but not included here). However despite these two points i still give it 5 stars. Like another reviewer pointed out to buy these albums individually would cost a fortune !

Issues with this item
After much consideration I decided to buy this set. Unfortunately the manufacturers are misrepresenting the contents. Six of the lps presented are genuine 180gm vinyl but “Wildflowers” is NOT. It’s only 130gm at best. At £260 a throw this is unacceptable. Other than that all the discs are superb albeit there is an inconsistency between anti-static sleeves on some and paper sleeves on others. Other than Wildflowers all these discs are now separately available. Clearly this re-issue has been a rush job with production copies of most albums and a quick, cheap, re-press of Wildflowers. Update: Amazon were very helpful in providing a replacement. Unfortunately this had the same issues and I've returned that too.

It is a great set. Amazing sound, far better than the CD copies I had. Even it feels different.

Worthy of Purchase
All the album's are well pressed and cared for. Flat, not a tick or pop or warp. Considering wildflowers (un remastered) goes for more than this whole set, it's a bit of a no brainer for the right price. His later day catalog is just full of sensational songs that'll grow on you if you give them a chance. So, give them a chance. Funny that wildflowers was the only album that didn't have audiophile grade sleeves...odd.
