Great - for the price!
I purchased this amplifier hoping that the Bluetooth was reliable and the sound quality would be decent enough for my wife to use in the bedroom. She previously used her iPad by itself to listen to music and Podcasts while relaxing. The tinny sound of the tiny iPad speaker drove me crazy. I couldn't find any reviews for this amp, but due to it's low price I thought I'd try it anyways. I'm glad I did. I hope this review is useful for someone else.I did see a review on a similar but not identical amp that talked about how annoying the lights on the amp were. They were absolutely right. They are bright and very distracting. The reviewer stated that they could hear noise related to the lights blinking. Even with the volume at full I couldn't hear anything consistent with the lights, only a VERY low hiss.I have it hooked up to an old pair of 40 Watt 8 ohm Realistic Minimus 7 speakers and it sounds pretty good. Keeping the tone controls in the 12 O'clock position puts out the right amount of base and treble for my taste. This amp drives the speakers as loud as you would ever need in a small room. The unit pairs instantly with Bluetooth devices. I tested on both my wife's iPad (ITunes) and my Android phone (Internet Radio). The sound quality is very good for what it is. I prefer the sound of the Lepai 2020 we use in the kitchen, but only by a bit, and it doesn't have Bluetooth. For what it's worth, I'm using an identical 12V, 5A power adapter as on the Lepai. I don't know what drives this little amp as I couldn't find the information online, and the wife doesn't want me to tear it apart. I was hoping she hated the lights as much as I did so I could at least disconnect them but she likes them. The FM radio automatically saves the strongest stations when you scan, and I was surprised by the number of stations it picks up. It pulled in the weakest stations around here and saved them. They sound as good as they do on my "real" tuner hooked up to my "real" stereo.I have yet to try the rear inputs, SD slot, or USB slot as it was purchased exclusively for Bluetooth, so can't comment on that part of the unit.Overall, if you are looking for something to fill a room with decent sound, this will do just fine. It won't come close to my "real" stereo that has 20X the power and 10X bigger speakers, but I paid less for this entire setup than the speaker wire on my home stereo, and this thing has Bluetooth.

Decent, but FM is of poor use.
Not bad, but comes with a terrible manual and the FM feature is difficult at best to work with. If you're looking to use it for the Radio feature, I would pass, otherwise it's a cheap decent unit with the exception of not being able to turn off the very stupid eq lights.
