Hands down the best, ive gotten compliments on the smell, very soft, its a little pricey but it lasts forever, great product. Ill use it for the rest of my life.

I have had a beard for several years and I have tried almost all balms and oils form most of the big box stores and several on Amazon but I found this company on Instagram and read the reviews and watched some personal testimonies of their products and decided what the heck. I will say they are on the pricier side of the spectrum but I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Opium den is my absolute go to balm. It has the light woodsy tobacco middle eastern smell you would think of if you happened to walked in a hookah den. The smell stays with you throughout the day. It doesn’t fade away like most. Great longevity. I have tried the barbershop scent and it smells like when I was 6 years old in the barbershop chair when grandpa would take me to the air force base to get my haircut. I have also tried the woodsman and it smells like you have been out in the redwood Forrest rolling around in cedar chips. Don’t think about it, just buy it and your beard will thank you for it. 🧔🏻‍♂️

I know BB has gotten great reviews, but I am going to be a little critical. I have a mid - average length beard (maybe 4 inches) and have used other beard grooming products such as beard butter from detroit grooming and oils from blades grim. As soon as you open the lid you can smell the balm which to me smells a little like a shrimp ramen noodle spice packet. At first I was put off but decided to try it as instructed...on a damp beard. Once in the beard the ramen noodle smell goes away and you get a nice fragrance of vanilla, tobacco and spices. Think of the smell of a nice Davidoff cigar mixed with cloves and vanilla. The product does work and has softened my beard. What this balm lacks initially, it makes up for it once used. This would get 5 but the initial smell put it down to 4.

Works well and doesn’t seem to have all the crap modern things all do. Smells amazing and pairs well with my choice of cologne.

The company was sold in 2020 and product quality has gone down ever since. I am no longer a customer.

Seems like a great balm the only reason for the 4 stars is probably me just not into the scent at all..idk doesn't smell to me like what was described could be me not sure. But it def does the job in every other department good hold not heavy or greasy seems like there are quality oils to keep your beard healty looking and in the shape you want it to be.

The balm is perfect. My only shout out is the brassy color. It is not idle for white beards. Copper color balms in white beards over time yellows the beard. Product is slightly over priced compared to there competitors. Without our any real differences in size or ingredients.

One not the best smelling and feeling balms I have tried. Definitely top notch. I do not regret buying this one bit. Bought the matching oil and together my beard feels really good. Also bought a sample from their website of another scent and received extras and all of Them smell amazing. I am forsure a customer for life after what I got from them.

For what it’s meant to do, it is a great product. It keeps my beard in shape and, because of the Shea butter, makes my beard look a lot thicker. The consistency at first was amazing, but the more I’ve used it, it still has little pieces which you have to break down when applying it. Takes a little longer but you can do it.I took one star off because of the scent. I was expecting a smell that was like, as the product says, an opium den. Even something similar would be great. It smells more like vanilla and cinnamon. This isn’t a bad thing at all, as my wife loves the smell and it’s not unpleasant at all. However, I was expecting a different smell.Next time, I’ll definitely be buying their products, but I’m going to try different scents first.

I’ve tried many beard balls in the past and have made my own beard oil. For a nice long beard, this stuff is amazing. Hop out of the shower, mash a chunk into your hands, rub me up and get em warm then rub it into your beard. When your done with the beard, run your fingers through your hair. Smells like a nice deep dark tobacco and the wife loves it. Highly recommend

Smells great, don’t need a whole lot to get the job done. Well priced and the tin is awesome!

Amazing balm hold is nice great natural ingredients and the smell of this one is very unique live it.
