Worth the extra money. ### ⭐ Be Cautious *by A***R on October 22, 2024* Purchased two of these units about a month a part. First one showed up, was installed as the manual specified and stopped working after one day. Filters were not good. Spent $600 at the local shop, replaced filters and it has worked perfectly ever since. Ordered the second one thinking I got a bad unit the first time and rolled the dice again. Second unit arrived and what do you know, filters failed after one day. Another $600 in filters and it’s running again. Hydrologic does not warranty the filters. They are defective from the supplier. My local hydro shop is making money too. Just a shame. The price of these units, they should be quality checked prior to shipping out. Water pressure is perfect, installation to spec and our water source isn’t overly contaminated. Once you change the filters and eat the $600 replacements, they work amazing. I get 800 gallons a day but in this sense, you have to pay more to get it to factory standards.
