Meta Oculus Quest 2, Advanced All-In-One Virtual Reality Headset, 128 GB

This thing is awesome, but am only giving this 5 stars because of amazon support. Why ? Lets just begin with Meta does not support this item in Middle east. Which means, incase by any how your product has an issue which needs replacement as per meta policy, they wont do it. It happened that i realized that my device was defective (cooling issue) after 4 months of usage because i thought it was going normal until it got bad enough to notice it clearly, and meta refused to help at all. On the other hand, amazon took full responsibility (which its not their fault) and gave me a refund 4 months after! Big thanks to amazon! Btw i bought it again, lets just hope it's not defective...

It so much fun playing VR feels like a different reality, would recommend playing calm games first and then moving on, and if you have a great powered pc/computer I would totally recommend you to connect the VR to it to experience the games in much-improved graphics, would recommend for the price tag over the quest 3. but if you have some extra bucks I don't see a problem not getting the quest 3

Keep in mind that this is my first ever VR experience and it’s quite good. The game from the Meta store are basi but great and I encourage you to play those. They are made for the Quest 2 and they won’t give you as much headache. The fitness games are the best, this is one device a gamer needs in their arsenal, especially if they are someone who don’t work out as much or move at all through out the day. They make you very active and give you fun at the same time. After that there’s the second game changer for me: “ Imagine sitting on your sofa, a little bit reclined, watching a movie on a 120 inch screen. Well these are now my nights, this is cinema for free for life.” At the beginning you will feel a little nauseous but give it some time. After a week or two it will feel natural and you will start getting accessories. I had probably bough all the best accessories available on Amazon to enhance my viewing experience or to make my life a little better, like the expandle battery. And that’s where I will start with the cons: -Battery life. You do get around 2-3 hours of play time, or a full movie for instance. Is it a big deal? No. Just keep it plugged in and everything is perfect. -Resolution. It’s great for some people but if you’re someone like me who always played videogmaes or watched movie at atleast 2k on a monitor, you will definetely be able to see the difference. Especially in the corners of the eyes, alittle blurried. Is it a big deal? not at all, it’s still enjoyable. I just hope they will improve it on the next quest generation. ..and lastly… -Speakers. They are cheaply made, the sound is meh. If you listen to songs you won’t enjoy them as much. Is it a big deal? No. Oculus/Meta though about it and gues what? they had provided a headphone jack so that you can enjoy movies or games with full immersion. Plus you will be savign a lot of battery life. To summarize: The Quest 2 is Godly for the price you get. The Price to Quality you get is very balanced and I believe it’s the best starting VR Goggles you can get. Plus they’re one of the only ones who are standalones, that means you don’t need any PC to run, just turn on, seat back relax and enjoy Virtual Reality.

This VR headset is still working till this day and no flaw I've experienced, This headset is go to if you will play PCVR or just wireless, Only reason I'm saying this is because you dont have to spend a thousand bucks on a single base station. 10/10 Headset, I replaced my Vive pro with this and its perfect and light.

REALLY BAD STICK DRIFT. IMAGINE BRANDNEW QUEST 2.AND EXPERIECE THE STICK DRIFT ON MY 3RD DAY OF PLAYING. AND IT GET WORST ON THE 12TH DAY. TO THE POINT I CAN NO LONGER PLAY GAMES. I REFUNDED IT BECAUSE ITS NOT WORTH IT. IT WAS A GOOD AND CHEAP HEADSET. BUT THE STICK DRIFT IS EXTREMELY STRESSFUL. MY COMMENT TO THE SELLER IS. YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIVE. I ASK QUESTIONS. This is fantastic and im always playing with it, usually need to take some breaks though but its fine. battery life around 2-4 hours but still very fun

This device is wonderful. I have spent countless hours playing a large variety of VR titles. Blade and sorcery is a great sandbox fantasy fighting game with tons of mods, and I've spent probably over 500 hours there alone. The battery is alright, I get a few hours of gameplay between charges. The headset is pretty sturdy, I've had it for several years now and so far haven't run into any issues. With the headset being standalone / not needing a PC, you do have lower picture quality compared to PC versions and it sometimes lags during graphics intense gaming sessions. To me it's worth it because I don't have to be tethered to a PC and I'm free to move around and the cost of better graphics. This was my introduction to VR, and I'm glad that I got this headset because I was hesitant. If you're debating getting this, just get it. You won't regret it.

The best value for money standalone VR headset. Dont go for the negative review that it has bad lense or is cheap bla bla bla, cause you cant even find any VR standalone headset at this price. 1. Quality is great, even if you drop it it wont break easily and still works, check out ThrillSeeker channel on youtube for more strees test that guy did. 2. Lenses are old once, yes they are but in this segment they wont dissapoint you compared to $1000 Valve Index 3. Resolution and FOV is good but not great but perfect for movies and watching 3d movies, 360 movies and Oculus games for sure. Casual user wont even find any difference 4. Great library of games, litttle expensive but you get sales now and then and you have sidequest if you want more for free and also with some tricks you can install any android apps. 5. The glimps and your start to metaverse 6. Battery is a concern but get the cable creation cable and you are goog to go. Get the 16ft one 7. Install Sidequest. (Mobile and PC) if you want a lot of best and free content and if you are a advanced PC user. Not recommended for users not fimiliar with advance PC use or adb, but you get a tons of tutorial on youtube if you want to try. 8. If you have a good PC, VR ready GPU, then this can play Steam VR as well, now it has Airlink wireless as well, but you need Wifi6, 5ghz band and PC connected using ethernet for best quality. 9. Amazing hand tracking and controllers at this range 10. In any case you end up scratching the lenses, get a polywatch solution and see the magic, it would be as good as new, thank me later for that advice. See youtube for more info 11. Great mutiplayer capabilities, mic is great and stock speaker are just awesome, and you can still connect your own headsets as well. 12. Get a rechargable battery for your controller, cost around rs400 with batgery and its charger. 13. If you still have more money get an Elite strap for best comfort and wobble free experience. 14. If you sweat much, mind that you might see fog on lense on prolong use, there are tons of alrernatives to try to avoid that, but the cheapest option is simply put a tissue to your forehead and put on the headset and good to go. 15. You are still here that means you are convinced, just go for it and buy it, you will not regret for sure. Search me in case you need more assistance on Oculus, Ashura- is my Oculus id.

Después de 5 meses de uso aun puedo decir que es un producto excelente. Al principio no sabía que esperar, pero realmente es una experiencia bastante buena en general. Aunque por lo que he visto a traves de los meses las experiencias pueden variar. En cuanto a calidad visual, puedo decir que es bastante buena en general aunque no perfecta. Tratare de describirlo para los que aun no hayan probado unos lentes de realidad virtual. Para tener la mejor experiencia visual hay que tratar de alinear los lentes con nuestros ojos justo al centro, cada lente con su respectivo ojo. Para la posición vertical pues solo hay que subir y bajar los lentes y ajustarlos para que queden lo más al centro de nuestros ojos posible. Para la posición horizontal los lentes se pueden ajustar a mano en tres posiciones de separación. Dependiendo de la separación de tus ojos tendrás que ajustarlo hasta donde veas mejor. Es difícil obtener un posicionamiento perfecto, así que solo recomiendo ajustarlo hasta donde lo sientan mas comodo. Algo que también cabe mencionar es que debido al ángulo de vision la experiencia sera como ver a traves de unos binoculares, o sea que para mirar cosas a la izquierda y a la derecha hay que girar la cabeza por el limitado ángulo de visión. A pesar de todo esto la experiencia visual es muy buena. Si algunas vez probaron realidad virtual en un smartphone y no les pareció la gran cosa, pues el quest 2 es muchísimo mejor, lo puedo asegurar. En cuanto a juegos, ustedes los pueden comprar en la app de la tienda (obvio) y también encontraran algunos gratuitos. Ya que los juegos se instalan y corren en los mismos lentes, la calidad en general de los juegos y gráficos esta entre Xbox y Xbox 360. Son gráficos como de juego de smartphone, pero pueden mejorar o empeorar dependiendo del juego. Aunque siendo honesto, esto no es malo en absoluto. Aun el Resident Evil 4 en RV (Por ejemplo) es una experiencia muy buena e inmersiva. Para los más exigentes les gustara saber que pueden conectar los quest 2 al PC descargando la app de oculus en la PC. Los pueden conectar por cable, o si tienen un buen router (Wifi 6 por lo menos) y poco trafico en el wifi de su casa los pueden conectar por Air Link (también pronto lanzaran un dongle para conectarse inalámbricamente directo a la pc). Otra cosa es que algunos de los juegos que compren en la store de quest 2 vendrán tanto en version portátil como en la version de PC. Nunca te avisan de esto (creo), pero es una agradable sorpresa que te den ambas versiones (Into the Radius es un juego que me toco así por ejemplo). La version de PC obvio hay que instalarla a la PC y conectarse ya sea por cable o por Air Link para jugar. Para finalizar solo quiero hacer énfasis en que las experiencias pueden variar. Para mi y algunos familiares ha sido una experiencia increíble, pero tengo algunos familiares y amigos que se marean después de un rato y pues para ellos la experiencia no es tan buena al final. Tambien hubo veces que sufrí de dolores de cabeza, pero descubrí que era porque ajustaba demasiado el quest 2 contra mi cara, y es que la correa para la cabeza que viene por defecto no es tan buena. La correa que viene por defecto está bien, pero hay mejores opciones que ustedes pueden encontrar en Amazon, y creo que es un gasto extra que vale la pena. En fin, excelentes lentes de realidad virtual. Los primeros que compro, pero muy feliz con mi compra.

I received my oculus quest 2 few days and it is amazing. I was hesitant to buy it first because I never owned a VR headset but once I tried it on, those feelings went away. The amount of technology facebook managed to build into this is amazing. It has a flagship processor, 4 cameras with tracking tech, 2 1080p screen and 2 tracking hand controllers. As someone who loves technology, this is unheard of in this price range. The closest thing is the HTC VIVE VR headset and it close 3 times as much with more complicated set up. I would suggest anyone who loves tech to buy this thing. Just make sure your IPD is in the range of this headset or else the vision will be blurry. P.S. If you do not like facebook or their practices, stay away from this headset because everything you do will be through your facebook account.
