no way what we received as gifts sent to family worth the money order three trees the last one has not been sent as yet so we tried to cancel I do not know how to attached the picture that was sent to me it was a pile of green with red ribbon and beads I was asked what was it...…. I want at least half of my money refunded on all of the so called trees

My 93 year old aunt received this arrangement on time and in perfect condition. My aunt said it was the ost beautiful floral arrangement she has ever received.

We had a problem with the tree. They hired a local florist who did a terrible job. The florist sent something that was a cheap imitation of the picture above. Their CS was in contact with us immediately and refunded us the full cost. Their service is wonderful—super responsive and proactive. I just wish the tree was just as good.

It arrived in the great NE Kingdom in fine shape and is still growing like crazy! My parents love this Xmas tree and hope to use it next year. Very pretty too!
