Fasten top of bottle. Pull up rod bit until sticks and use bottle upside down. Position where you want it. Squeeze hard and gives a nice wash after doing a wee. I am disabled with an over reactive bladder. At home I have a shower attachment to my loo. This bottle means when out at a loo or when in hospital can rinse very well. I found using loo paper exacerbated cystitis. Also, makes you feel lovely, clean and fresh. The bag it is in makes it easy to hang from my wheelchair.
