Before sending the wig, the owner called me up and asked very specific questions about my mom and her hair. Sight unseen, we discussed my mom and her general skin tones etc. WOW - First wig we ordered was PERFECT for her! She had tried to go into wig shops before we tried this and it was an epic fail for her. She was discouraged to say the least from her in-person experience. She LOVES this wig we purchased online. It was very reasonably priced. Her friends give her so many compliments. Now she is photogenic since we got such a close match to her natural coloring, like her eyes. This wig has held up very well over the past year. Best purchase in 2019. Kudos to the owner who was so patient getting the right wig for my mom.

I purchased this wig for my mother. I didn't see it myself, but she said it was very pretty, soft and very natural looking. She returned it because it did not fit her head. She is a petite woman and the cap was too long in the back at the nape of her neck and bunched up when she moved her head up and down.

Okay I bought this for my mom while she is going through chemo and radiation for lung cancer. As I type this we have stop treatment and at allowing her to die pain free with hospice. Wearing this wig has made her feel like her self again. People have told her how wonderful her hair looks and she just blushes and giggles like a little girl because she knows it is not her hair... our little secret I tell her. I can not thank this company enough on the peace you gave my mother.

This was my first wig purchase - a result of age related hair loss and medication. I took it to my regular hairdresser so she could style it for me - this is a "low volume" wig, so it looks a more natural than the wigs that have 10 times as much hair as any woman much less agreat-grandmother.

Actually returned this item since the color was too dark. Aside from cost to return (address is residential not business), exchange handled easily and promptly. Second wig exceeded my expectations at the price. Only real drawback is small color samples online make it difficult to choose accurately.

I just received this wig in the mail today and I am so satisfied with it. It looks exactly like my hair and is so easy to style. I am so very pleased!!

It was beautiful and worked perfectly. Very natural.
