Poor quality and bad fit. Does nothing!
If you are anything other than a size 30 waist in the first place then this isn't for you. The sizing is wrong and doesn't do any toning as such. Does however make me look like an egg in an inner tube and ever line on the t shirt can clearly be seen chopping into my (not too ample) lard.Waste of money, not flattering at all and better off spending the cash on slim fast

Not bad but....
Holds the parts I don't want over flowing my belt in quite well but not as tightly as I really wanted, maybe I should have brought 1 size smaller, although if I had not sure I would have been able to remove it as it was quite difficult to remove after a day wearing it. Still not a bad purchase.

It's OK- But we all know taht really, there are no magic solutions to being overweight
In truth I think that these would work well if you were just a few pounds overweight or perhaps your six pack has slipped to a three pack. I fear that I am too overweight for this product and it rides up after more than an hour of use. So not bad but in truth we all no there are no magic sokution don't we!!

My man ordered this for a wedding, fits ok, if you have a bit of a belly (no not a beer belly lol) it may be a little tight, more of a snug tight than "oh god I'm dying" tight, so I guess it does the job, he never complained so...
