Finally found it!
So easy to use! We made Korean shaved ice ( red bean - aka 팥빙수) in seconds!!Awesome!! Very durable and heavy. You don't need a lot if ice either! I am very satified!

This was a huge disappointment. The ice was hardly shaved
This was a huge disappointment. The ice was hardly shaved, more crushed. I sent a note to the manufacturer and received a standard reply that they got it and would get back to me, but never did. IT was a very expensive ice crusher.

It came looking like it had been used
DO NOT BUY THIS... It came looking like it had been used. Rust around the screws paint missing all over it. I'm side where the blades were the welding was really bad. Plugged it in to see how good it shaved ICE before I sent it back fire an change. Turned it on put ICE in and it sounded like horrible I expected loud but this was unreal. Started shaving ICE and it sounded like it was coming apart and metal started coming out in the ice the it just locked up. Then they wanted me to pay for shipping to return it. Called Amazon customer service and took 40 minutes to get them to give me a return label but they did and to process my refund in a timely manner.

Best thing ever
Best thing ever, ice is so smooth and fine just like the snow shack. So happy we ordered this, we use it everyday sometimes two and three times a day!! Would so recommend this to anyone who loves snowcones or just a really cold drink!!
