Ausrollfähiges Marzipan
Für eine "Irland-Motivtorte" brauchte ich genau diese Farben von FunCakes. Die Produktbilder sind identisch mit der Realität, die Farben sind kräftig leuchtend. Die Konsistenz ist dem Fondant sehr ähnlich, die Masse lässt sich gut kneten und ausrollen. Mit einer Frischhaltefolie abgedeckt, klebt auch das Rollholz nicht an.Die Masse trocknet auch nicht schnell aus. Meine Torte stand mehr als drei Tage in Resten offen herum und konnte problemlos immer wieder angeschnitten werden, optisch gabs keinen Unterschied zum Herstellungstag.Der Geschmack ist dem von Marzipan sehr ähnlich. Alle, die von der Deko gekostet haben, waren übereinstimmend der Meinung pures Marzipan zu essen.Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde hier jedem empfehlen zuzugreifen.
