The metal rack was hard to assemble. Once I got it together it looks and works great. Very sturdy unit.

I love this firewood rack, but some QC needs to happen within the company. My parts had rust dust on them to which I had to wipe off, but none of my parts were rusted. The powder coat was solid. When I went to attach the parts, the base was warped therefore making this a little difficult to put together. Also, making the rack wobble back and forth while sitting there. I figured over time with the amount of wood we use and stack in this thing it will settle. I have had this for a month and it still rocks a little, but not enough to bother me. Good solid piece for sure and great powder coating.

Could possibly be a nice product, but the base was too wide for the side supports. I tried everything short of a hammer to wedge the side pieces along both sides of the base but no luck. I've returned for a full refund.

Only problem is that when I received this rack, there is a scratch on the top right handle....about the only place that is noticeable.

Looked everywhere for a simple yet elegant wood holder. This fits perfectly in a corner next to fireplace. Very sturdy metal and the cloth holder is great to bring wood in with

Bag could b a bit bigger but overall very good.
