will this fit the wheel nut for chevy impala 2015 ltz 20'' ???

This set is metric, they're mm. sized. Chevy parts usually are sized with inches. x/y". You could measure the lug wrench that comes with the car; or take one wheel nut into a auto parts store to check. The dealer's parts dept could look it up over the phone.

Why does this not include 15mm or 18mm?

Some sizes are not common in metric and SAE sets may have converted size
