It's very convenient to set this to reorder monthly, that way its shows up just about the time you are running out and you dont have a lapse in usage. I keep one in the house and one in the vehicle in case I forget to take it. IF you have problems absorbing B vitamins or you have the MTHFR gene this is the high quality supplement for that problem. The taste and smell of the vitamins is masked in the fruity flavor they add but it is still not super palatable or odorless. Kids might not like it but my 13 yr old will take it.
