We bought a number of these to replace old plastic wall pockets in a manufacturing area. We like the ability to add a label to each pocket. Wire mesh looks cleaner and doesn't collect/hold dust like the old plastic style. Last box arrived with two large, clear footprints as if someone stepped on the box in order to make it fit into another carton,. The file was slightly bent but usable. Warehouse employeees should be more careful.

I was impressed on how sturdy this was and easy to install. Using this as an organizer for documents. The desktop style created clutter.

At 54.99 a pop, it was hard to pull the trigger on two of these, but these are exactly what we needed so we finally decided to get them. They are decently well made, but has some sharp edges and spikes where the edge of the wire mesh wasn't properly soldered to the frame. Less than what I would expect at this price point, hence the missing star. Otherwise, a solid buy, and I solved the sharp edges with some duct tape to make it safe to use the top compartment. Would possibly buy again, but would definitely look for more competitive pricing.

The carton was badly dented. The rack had flat sections that were dented, and the back had an actual hole punched through it by something sharp.

The item itself was busted up. It was in a box which was damaged. That package was in another box which was not damaged. Which means the item was damaged and packed anyways. It was not damaged in the delivery. It was known to be damaged when shipped out. Not nice
