iPod touch 6 6th Gen LCD display Touch Screen Digitizer Assembly (Black)

Product was fine. Of course I broke it trying to replace it...I followed a tutorial that told me to pry out the battery....ughhhh bad idea. It was misshapen and I couldnt push the screen back in without forcing it Soooo I cracked it right down the middle. Be careful not to unplug cords not attached to the screen. So long as you are not removing logic board cords-there's no need go remove the battery to get it all plugged back in

I installed this in my son's 6th generation ipod touch and it has been working great since I put it in. No issues so far. I ended up using my own tools because the tools provided did not work well. Just make sure you watch some videos before making the repair attempt. I could not get the battery out so it made putting the connections back in a little tight but I was able to do it.

When I received it was nice got all the tools you need and gave u a free glass Protector, and it was a great screen until I notice that one of the connectors was damaged and the touch screen was unresponsive. Overall it’s a bit expensive and I’ve done many screen replacement and this was easy to install but, the connector was damaged.

I purchased the first of these to replace my iPod 6 touch. The first unit showed up and the ribbon cable was separated like someone cut it with scissors. I ordered a replacement and when the 2nd unit showed up, I connected it and could not get any picture on the screen. I plugged it into a known good iPod and it still would not work. I ended up returning the unit for a refund. I would not recommend.

Worked great while testing it but when I snapped it back into the case I broke it and now it the lower half does not work at all. My fault must have pushed to hard. But man it looked and worked great until I did that. Someone far more patient than I will have better luck at it. But it looked and worked great until I did that.
