Muscle fatigue is inevitable but I was able to keep pushing through reaching my rep goals with the weight I was working with. Overall the product mixes well and quickly with water and the watermelon flavor is delicious (which is funny for me to say considering im not a watermelon fruit lover). All in all a great product and I am happy I gave BPI a shot. For the price and results I had I am really happy with my purchase. Also after the workout I did a pretty intensive ruck and I expected my legs to basically not function today lol, and I am happy to say that I have a fraction of the muscle soreness that I was expecting. I have tried many other brands, but this one out does them all. feel i get the most pump in my workouts using this and gives me great energy that i need to get through my intense hour and a half workout.
