Odoca OVL-150E-BL Electric Violin 4/4 - Blue

Terrible product. The threads were not imbedded into the top of the bow like they are supposed to be. They just looked tacked on. As such, the bow was already coming apart before it was removed from the case. They strings had a funky sound and would not hold tune. I tried stretching them, played it several times to allow them to move, but nothing worked. I kept having to stop and retune, several times throughout each song I played - even during the 1 and only live performance I used it at. I contacted the seller who did not want to refund the money for this, because I was just a few days past the 30 day return date. I told the Seller it had been a birthday present from my husband so I didn't get it to start using until after a week of receiving it. So that would mean it was being returned within the 30 days of my having possession of the instrument. He still refused. I contacted Amazon who asked him to return the funds. His solution was to tell me that they still wouldn't but instead, they would give me a store credit after the violin was returned, and I could add another $600.00 to it and buy a different violin from him. I was appalled. I said "so your solution is to have me spend even more money at your store after I am already having a bad experience with you? That makes no sense". He didn't care. I worked with Amazon on this one for about a month. Amazon said they would refund the money their selves and go after the Seller. They did this - thank you Amazon.
