It’s very spicy, which I like. The flavor is spot on, just like I’ve had in the Middle East. I rub it on veggies like eggplant and zucchini before grilling, put it on chicken, honestly I’d eat it on toast. I’ve used it to spice up bland red sauce. This could make any meal sexy. A little goes a long way, and the heat is dependent on the quantity you use. The jar came in a box and inside the box it was wrapped in cardboard protective wrap, so no issue with leakage or broken glass. I will be ordering this over and over. I follow the Mediterranean diet and this is a great way to bring some excitement to a very clean eating plan. I have recommended this to everyone I know who has a pan and a spatula in the kitchen, seriously.
