Sight and Sound: Live At Valhall

This concert was fantastic. Was so great to see A-ha live. Morten is still just as incredible and gorgeous as he was when they started out. I can’t stop watching it. Rediscovered them after watching you tube clips. Was also great to see i could buy this from Amazon as we don’t get much of a-ha music or dvds from New Zealand. Would recommend to anyone wanting to see the magic that is still A-ha.

Okay so I bought this due to the fact I am a die hard a'ha fan...then I read the only two reviews on here and was worried but to my delight this set is wonderful. I realize the dvd is not zoned for us here in good ole California but luckily my computer was willing to run it for me and its fantastic!!! love it love it love it. The CD quality was excellent quality. This could only be better if the cd was zoned for the states. Other than that you couldn't really ask for anything more. You wont regret this purchase.

I purchased this cd and dvd for my wife. I knew the cd would work from reading the other reviews. I wasn't sure about the dvd. My wife loves the cd! She listens to it almost everyday. The dvd works perfectly fine in our laptops. It is actually a really clear and sounds fantastic. My wife had seen some of the concert footage from YouTube. She was totally excited to see the whole concert together without clicking from song to song. We both recommend this cd/dvd combination to any A-HA fan. You will not be disappointed.

I was really hoping this was just an audio recording of the DVD. They butchered the audio to death.1. The songs have been shortened with poorly timed, unnatural fades.2. The songs were rearranged completely out of order from which the were played on the DVD.3. The recording itself sounds like someone put a cassette recorder in front of their tv while the DVD was playing. I highly doubt this is even a stereo recording.The DVD is not region 0 as advertised. It does not play on my U. S. DVD player. Someone mentioned in another review it played on their computer - I hope that works. Although I do have the standard region 1 DVD from when it was first released so that's not too important to me. I bought this primarily for the cd. I am disappointed.

There's nothing to dislike I'm 1,000% satisfied.

This CD has an accompanying DVD with video. "Sight" is the DVD; "Sound" is the CD. Together this set has a large selection of a-ha music. The excellent concert was recorded live in Norway.

Great price and service

I saw a part of this live concert on youtube, and decided to look for an official CD or DVD release .I was quite delighted to find a CD-DVD combo (I wanted the CD version more so I could convert it to a quality MP3 , for those LONG drives) .Long story short, the CD is NOT a 1-on-1 copy of the concert, but rather a pretty ... messed up version , where some music executive decided to be clever and re-arrange the songs from the live concert into a mish-mash of songs that are missing some of the beginnings & endings from songs in the concert .I was VERY disappointed with this "live" CD .As to the DVD , please read some of the other reviews as it's apparently not "Region 0" , and some customers could not play it . For me it worked fine (hence my 3 stars in this review) , but I do own a multi-region DVD player , so I guess I passed that hurdle .Recommended , but buyer beware !

No entiendo cómo una trasnacional edita un disco al que no le han hecho un trabajo al menos aceptable de post producción; el dvd varía los niveles de sonido y tiene unos cortes entre canción y canción muy mal hechos.El cd también es una desilusión, pues además de no sonar como si se hubiera grabado de la fuente directa, sino como si hubiera sido de alguna fuente externa, tiene el extra de que los temas están recortados y con fades tan mal hechos que no permiten disfrutar las canciones.Sólo para completistas, y eso si lo consiguen a muy buen precio, sino no gasten su dinero.

This DVD/CD is a must-have for all A-HA fans. It's always amazing to see this group in concert.

予定日に届かなかったので心配しましたが、2日遅れで届きました。CD,DVDとも問題なし。DVDはPAL方式のためレコーダーでは見れませんでしたが、PCでは再生できました。
