Great quality. You can’t go wrong with brass. And the water pressure increase was terrific

Mine came with nothing except the shower head. No O ring. No tape. No instructions (not that I needed it). Sprayed water in every direction. Called the number on the pdf instructions which lead to an incorrect recipient. Emailed them; it’s been almost 6 months, no response. Tried to return the product but life got busy. Don’t buy this product. It’s not made by the true fire hydrant makers.

Love it, perfect if you have low water pressure. Heavy duty made to last not plastic.

I contacted the owner Gary about a problem of black flaking off the shower head, clearly a defect and he says they will not cover it. If I had bought a Kohler, Moen or actually any other brand it would have a lifetime warranty againstdefects. I contacted him....he wanted pics of problems.... sent them to him .....2 months later ...nothing so I called him again... said he never received pics......he is not sure how we clean the shoer head or what we might have done.....Clearly he doesn care or want to absorb the cost of his defective shower head! Stay away far away. I will be buying 6 new shower heads from a reputable company now, one that has a good warranty
