Q: How often this needs to be emptied? I mean roughly, once per month or every oil change..?

It depends on the mileage you do. My Challenger is not a daily driver and I would empty the oil out every 3 months (catches about 10-15mls of oil). If your car is a daily driver my suggestion would be to check and empty monthly. (easy to do)

Q: Will diss increase my horsepower??

It will not increase your horsepower but over time it will retain your engine efficiency by eliminating oil build ip in your intake manifold.

Q: Does this fit a 3.6l charger sxt ?

It will fit, DO NOT believe the no answers, just need to figure out where you want to mount it! Good grief! We put it on. 2018 Jeep Wrangler 3.6l.
