This is Bad! Cheap cost and cheap product.
Before I mounted the cell phone holder on my wife's Motorcycle, the arm extending wheel stopped working. I can still extend the arms manually by pulling them upward and downward. The locking mechanism still works, so I am going to mount this cell phone holder. This item was so cheap that it does not make sense to return it to the company that made it, cost more to ship then to buy another one that will work better than this one. I do not recommend the purchase of this item because of the problems that I've had with its shoddy manufacturing.
