I was very excited to start taking these pills, as the reviews were so high. I'm going to be as honest as possible, I've been taking this for close 5 weeks and I have lost 5lbs. Please keep in mind I run 3 to 4 times a week and I do for the most part watch what I'm eating. I may have a couple days a week where I may cheat and splurge with my food. I admit I was hoping for better results or at least quicker results. My clothes do seem to be fitting better also which is good. Again I don't know foresure if this is due to the pills or my normal excercise and eating. I will admit I do get good energy and feel great after taking the pills and most days I can push my self further with my running which I really couldn't do before due to lack of energy. I'm going to keep taking the pills as I do see it as a long term commitment which I do think is healthier anyways. I'm giving this review to help others when reviewing this product and so that I can get a second bottle for free as I do want to keep seeing results.

Started using Forskolin on November 9th, looking to boost my immune system and curve my appetite. Every time my grandkids would come around I would get sick, not since taking forskolin. I cannot say my weight loss is strictly due to taking forskolin, but I can say it didn't hurt and it did seem to suppress my appetite and help with my mood during this life change. I gave it 4 stars only because I like to give a product a full 90 day trial before saying I love it. I can however give NutriNatures 5 stars for their customer service! I appriciate companies that follow-up and seem to care about their customers!

I have been using these Pure Forskolin Capsules for about three months. I take two capsules daily so I take the maximum recommended dosage. I BELIEVE these capsules are helping me meet my goals, however, in complete transparency, I am also simultaneously taking one other supplement, so it is impossible to accurately attribute any success to one product or another. What I can categorically say is that I have not had any negative reaction to this product and in fact I generally feel better overall. I plan to continue taking this supplement for at least another three months.

I am so very thankful that I found this product on Amazon. I read reviews on similar products but did not feel comfortable with the chemical additives and fillers many of them used. I have been taking this Forskolin, one capsule each morning for about two weeks now. I did have a milestone birthday last week : )) and have been eating and having just a wee bit more of libations for the past two weeks : ) and this morning I weighed myself and did not gain any weight...hmmmmm...did not loose any either : ) I will give it another week with one capsule per day. After one more week of one capsule per day, if necessary, I will take a second capsule per day. So, I am not disappointed with the product...and was actually surprised when I saw I did not put on any extra weight. I will update results again before Halloween...good health to you and yours : )

So far, so good. I am using this product to loose weight and taking 2 pills per day (one about an hour before lunch and dinner). It is effective at curbing my cravings, which cuts down my in-between meal snacking. It also made me feel full sooner when it's time to eat. I have only been taking this product for 2 days, but I have already lost 1.1 pounds. I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but that's in 2 DAYS (and I'm drinking plenty of water). And I am not even trying - no deliberate dieting. Just not as hungry. Gotta love that. I have been taking this Forskolin, two capsules daily for about four weeks now. The result is a positive one. I did not lose a lot weight, maybe a few pounds, however, it defiantly controls your appetite. Just taking it 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner make you eat a lot less and you do not feel hungry between meals. As a result, you do not eat unhealthy snacks which are not good for you anyway. Overall, I am very sissified with this product.

I have been using this product a little over a month and I'm noticing some differences with my pressure as well as sleeping way better. I notice also it gives me more energy. The scale hasn't come down much but I do notice my clothes fitting a little looser. that usually happens first with me before the scale starts to go down faster. I truly believe if I incorporated an exercise routine, I will see even better results. I will adjust to 5 stars if that happens
