Same as more expensive brand! I bought these mats because my Silpat ws in storage. What a surprise these were equivalent in quality, srurdiness and my sugar cookies came out wonderful. Three mats in this purchase! Great price and I've already bought a second set as a a gift! Can't go wrong here, you'll love them.

I LOVE these silicone baking mats!!!! I use them all the time. When I bake cookies these are wonderful. The bottom doesn't burn and they are very easy to lift off the pan. I also use them when I am making chocolate. The chocolate is melted and I the candy on these mats and then in the fridge. After the chocolate has hardened they come right up off the mats. They are very easy to clean as well.

Good quality mats, very easy to use and they save much cleanup time! Baked salmon cakes on them, "cookies" made from a cake mix and other non-traditional ingredients resulting in a very sticky "dough" that baked evenly and fell off the mat when the cookies were done. I'm looking forward to trying other applications.

I love baking. Not sure what took me so long to try silicone baking mats but I’m sure glad I finally jumped on the bandwagon. These fit my cookies sheets perfectly. The cookies came out perfect. PERFECT is the key word here. The cookies did not stick. I was really amused. Great quality mats. Zero cons. Love these!

Love these mats! Makes clean up a breeze, just put one of these down before placing items on baking sheets, then you only have to clean the mat and not the baking sheet! Cleaning mats is super easy b/c material is non stick. Have purchased these as gifts too!

They are amazingly non-stick. Did not use flour as instructed and rolled home-made graham crackers on the silicone mat. The crackers flipped off with no fuss. Why did not buy them sooner for the kitchen. Silicone mats a must have for any baker. Perfect shopping experience.

These are the best! If you've never tried them, they are worth the investment. No more parchment paper (that actually burns under high heat) or aluminum foil (which is not good stuff). These bake, broil and protect your pan - no more scrubbing!

These are great for my oatmeal cookies, and I use a hot wash cloth to clean the mats off. No funky smells. Keeps my pretty pans, well, pretty.
