It undoubtedly works. I’d been taking it for more than 10 years. I began because of a treatment with INTERFERON which made my hair fall off. I had been blessed with nice hair but after that treatment it had come out thinner. I decided to give it a shot and it worked. I’m 56 yo. I don’t use chemicals in my hair, I hate dryers, eat healthy, no smoke or heavy drink. I believe it all helps. My hair is stunning.As for the pills: it got smaller and is easier to swallow but the complete trio treatment (I don’t use the shampoos or conditionair because I believe that what’s going inside my body counts more) so as for the pills, if I haven’t been taking for so long I wouldn’t know how to use because it’s instructions are not clear at all. One of the is supposed to be taken with food, the other without food and the other doesn’t matter food or not food. The new bottles do not explain it anymore so, I went online and did my own research to figure out which one is best absorbed by my body and in what conditions. It shouldn’t be like this. The INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD BE CLEAR FOR THE NEWCOMERS SO EVERYONE CAN EXPERIENCE THE FULL POTENTIAL OF THIS PRODUCT.It’s a pity really.

I've taken lots of vitamins for the hair at least nine various hair vitamins.However, these Hair Formula 37 vitamins were not for me, they are not as described.I was sick, I had adominal cramps & bleeding & an unusual adrenalin flow. Idiscontinued using them. I did give it the benefit of the doubt & tried takingthem again unsuccessfully; had the same bad results.
