**Q: Do you have to remove battery to charge truck?**
A: Yes you do

**Q: How do you get these toys to make the noises they're supposed to?**
A: Ours just automatically do but I would say it depends on the quality of what you got.  Ours stink.  I’ve asked the manufacturer to replace the rubber belt on one side of the excavator because it keeps falling off.  I even had a chat with an Amazon rep and then won’t take ownership either
