I bought them to have a set that I could be a little more rough with instead of messing up my premium knives. These are very sharp. I like that each knife comes with a sheath. They are sturdy, have a good weight and cut well. It took a long time for the edges to wear and become somewhat dull. But even still, they cut excellently. They’re colorful, which is fun. I throw them in the dishwasher all the time without issue. There is some minor paint loss on the two that I use most often but it doesn’t impact the effectiveness. The quality of the knives for the price makes these knives a low stakes, high value purchase. Review: These are really sharp knives - These are a perfect set of knives. I realize some people are particular about their cutlery and I’m sure if you are a chef these are not the knives for you. But for everyday people like me, these knives get the job done.
