I was looking forward to use device to help with my sciatica. Last night my device arrived & I used it on Auto setting for 10 mins since 9pm till 3pm the next day I have not been able to move from pain! My primary doctor thinks might be some nerve damage due to unsupervised traction. This device may work on some but please before using it consult your doctor to know based on your condition if this is something for you. I am waiting for ambulance to come & get me to hospital & this is first. I am not saying this device is not working because I only used it for 10 mins & now I need to go to hospital, I am asking any future buyer do your homework then buy so you wont ended in hospital like me.

First thought was WOW! I'm 6ft3in 315 pound. The heat was great, vibration was noticeable and strong, the lift was very strong to push my back with ease and I didn't know it has emp shock on it so I was getting 4 treatment at same time.

This product is well made, arrives on time, and works as stated. If you suffer from back issues, I’d have to say this is a great device to try. It gives nice warmth, and has lots of features. My husband has used it each night for about 5 nights now, and states his back is no worse, not better either. We were not looking for a miracle as he has a bulging disc, just trying to find something to help in order to avoid surgery. He will continue to use it as he likes the ease of use.

I was hoping for something I could easily travel with until I could get back to my Teeter which has been just amazing. This device, while small, just did not work for me.
