Instructions dont help and not clear at all. Steamer is good but nozzle from espresso dispenser leaks while steaming milk. Steaming and espresso dispenser can not be used at the same time. Once you get past that it does make a good cup of coffee. So look at it like it is a retro espresso machine. Very nice and still working great. ### ⭐ Very beautiful but works for CRAP! Don’t waste your money. *by M***A on October 16, 2022* Looks great, but doesn’t work. Took 30 min. to warm up & for the on light to stop blinking. Espresso starts flowing & doesn't turn off until you flip the switch on standby. So no quality control on shots of espresso. Steamer doesn’t work. It just adds water to the milk therefore diluting it. Neither the espresso nor the milk was even warm. And when cleaning out the basket it was filled with water & espresso grounds just & looked like mud. I’ve tried 5 times to make a 2 shot latte & have had the same awful results. Sending it back. Don’t buy this machine unless you like lukewarm espresso with watered down milk! I had to give it 1 star because it wouldn’t let me submit my review with no stars.
