This printer has a paper problem can not get it to print on the paper that was sent to us , calling Brothers i got the run around from 10 different brothers personnel i spoke with A note to brothers: We use a other brothers printers and they are the best, why did you offer a looser like this printer to your devoted customers Gene

The unit works ok and has light marks of wear. The only issue is that they disposed of the ribbon previously installed, which means you do not have a starter empty roll to install your first purchased ribbon. Your option is to buy an extra ribbon and discard the tape off it just to get an empty roller to load the machine. This style of machine needs you to use the plastic roll from the just emptied ribbon to be the take-up roll for your new ribbon. This actually ends up being a big problem.
