My son has dropped one from about 4 ft, it landed heavy side down on tile and we got a little chip on the bottom, it is still fully functional just not perfect to the eye during inspection. Based on my own view of stacking, I'd say they do stack. The taller cups fit so about 2 inches of the bottom fits into the top of another cup. The short cups fit about a 1/4 of an inch into the top of the other cup. You can stack to save space. We've only had them a few weeks, but we have not seen any scratches. We love them. They look like real glasses. **Q: Do these cups contain bps (bisphenol s)?** A: All of our cups are free of all harmful chemicals, including bps and BPA.
