I spent hours researching to come to this specific item. The things I noted after reading endless reviews on many bidets is the metal connections are a must have for durability. This is a simple installation, it is easy to maneuver and cost effective. I also noted many people just used the cold water option even if they had the warm water choice. This one doesn't have the warm water which seems much simpler. My final assessment is it is a wonder bidets are so seldom seen. It would seem barbaric to go back. This particular bidet is also designed to accommodate the lady parts. I always feel fresh and clean with this wonderful invention. Absolutely five stars from me!

Love this purchase!!! Easy install, maybe the first plumbing job where I didn't have to fix a leak after install! I definitely miss this when not at home. I think America needs to get with the program and have bidets in more places. This one is so affordable. Would recommend getting bumpers to raise the seat a bit as this does add some extra space between the seat and bowl.

LOVE this add-on bidet. The installation was easy (though I had some trouble getting the original toilet seat off). Make sure you thread all of the connections straight or you will get leaks (like I I did at first). Oh, and all the connections are metal - for a great price! no plastic!The water pressure is great for cleaning and we use less toilet paper and wet wipes, A bonus for the environment. Both my kids (7 and 10 years old) use this with no issues.We will be buying another one for our second bathroom.

Easy to fit, a bit fiddly to set up in the exact desired position to get the jet(s) hit where you want, but nothing difficult. No special tools required and a great product. Works very well and everything that is needed comes in the box.The way it attaches under the seat leaves some quite large recesses that are less than easy to clean out, some covers would be great. But nothing that would stop me buying again- great product.

Bought for my daughter and didn't open box until ready to install one month later and when box was opened, realized that the box contained the cold water product instead of the cold & hot water product ordered and as indicated on box.

Very happy with my purchase. I've been wanting one for a while. This was cheaper than all the other models with dual nozzles so I wasn't sure how it would work. The attachments are all metal. It was easily attached. Took less than 15 mins. Works great. Can't live without it now.

This is my second one and for both, the front knob doesn't work so I am going to have to return it and try a different brand.

This product is horrible not only is it marked dual hot/ cold it is not. Then none of the plumbing parts fit my toilet nor do the fit any regular sizes at Lowe's. Super disappointed. Wasted my money out of window to return even.
