Not comfortable at all!!!!
I recently purchased the 8 ft XL chill sack. We received the item and spent a week rolling and fluffing constantly as product described. This my the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever owned. I'm not sure if I was sent the foam for a smaller bag but you literally sink all the way to the floor and are surrounded by foam everywhere it doesn't count. Best of all they are so committed to your satisfaction that you call their number for 2 weeks leaving messages and emailing with no response and no one ever there to answer. This was $360 down the drain. You don't sit in this thing anything like the pictures. You are warned, stay awayUpdate: almost 4 months and still not even close to full. A adult still sinks all the way to the floor. Most expensive dog bed I’ve ever bought. My 10lb dog looks as comfy in it as I hoped I’d have been in it. Also never received a response after calling and emailing for over a month

Actual Review. The Real Truth.
FACTS:1. The bean Bag is the correct dimensions.2. Comes in a box with shredded memory foam, memory foam expanded fully just by opening packaging.Hard Truth:1. The bean bag does not come with "enough" memory foam. It does fill the bean bag 80% but not 95% like my photos.2. IF you want the bean bag to be how the original photo is. You will need to separately purchase more shredded memory foam. I purchased an additional 10 pounds of shredded memory foam. ($40) Now anyone can jump as high as they want and not get hurt falling onto the bean bag. Without this extra foam sometimes the floor is too close resulting in a not fun fall.3. You will need around 30 additional pounds of shredded memory foam to get the same bean bag the original seller photos show.FINAL REASON TO BUY:- It's really nice, to relax on, to jump on. You could fall asleep on this if you were very tired. But you need the extra foam or else, It's just half way good.FINAL REASON TO NOT BUY:- This is not a LoveSac, That is a 1k bean bag, this is not. If you want that go spend that money. This is not a bed, its a bean bag. Nothing more or less. If you don't have the money to spend $650 on a bean bag. Don't buy this. The extra foam is NEEDED.$$Welcome.

it is a nice product, but could use a little more foam in it
Well, this isn't our first giant foam bean bag, we also have a 6 foot Comfy Sacks lounger, so at least we have something to compare it to. PLEASE NOTE that I waited a FULL 31 DAYS before writing this review in case you are wondering about the expansion time of the foam. Both Chill and Comfy are made in the USA and from looking them both over I'd say they were made in the same factory. Both have three holes in outer bag them with grommets and both have a flap with two magnet things over those three holes. Both have the same inner bag for the foam (you can see this in the photo I posted) with that have double zippers, however, on the Chill the beginnings of each zipper were at opposite ends which seemed like a more secure of doing it to us, on the Comfy they were both at the same end. Both are shipped compressed, both say to break the foam up with your hands through the bag, both say to wait a while to make sure the foam expands fully. This is where they stop being identical.First off the Chill bags seem to cost less.Next, the fabric on the Comfy we got was a pebble type fabric and the fabric on the Chill is a synthetic microsuede. There are different choices on fabrics for both companies, but I can say that both my husband and I prefer Comfy's pebble and feel like that fabric seems more durable. But we cannot speak to other choices in fabrics from both companies. The foam is different too. Yes, we did what the instructions say never to do which is open in the inner bag, I can see why, the foam is very charged with static electricity and wanted to leave the bag. I posted a photo of the foam, the Chill on the left and the Comfy on the right, the Chill has white and tan and light blue the Comfy has white and tan and red. The foam inside the Comfy is softer feeling to the touch and seems to compress a little more, but both seem to rebound the same. Both my husband and I felt that the Comfy sack seemed to do a better job expanding and filling its bag.One thing about the size of the 8 foot Chill is that it is so huge, I am unable to move it at all, its shipping weight with its box and everything was about 130 pounds. Being unable to move it means that I can't flip it to refluff it like I can the 6 foot Comfy we have. My husband can, with quite a lot of difficulty still, move the 8 foot Chill and we can get it to refluff a little more, but we both still feel like the 8 foot Chill just gets a deep indent in it where a person goes an that indent just kind of stays the same and doesn't fill back up again. Our Chill certainly never looks as full as what the photos show. I have read other reviews where Chill reps say they can send people extra foam to fill out their bag more, so this may be an option for us if we so feel the need and maybe this is the difference, it just didn't come with as much foam in the first place. The 8 foot Chill bag fits my 6'3" husband and two kids, and I suppose the dog too, so it is truly a family bag. Black is a poor choice for pet hair and lint, I guess I was thinking stains, with kids, you know, but I regret black now. It is more of a lounge kind of thing since you sink in so deep, I do not feel this could replace a sofa. This 8 foot Chill is 8 x 8 so it is not like an oval and more narrow in one dimension, it is fully round and it is huge.

One Star
Not what I expected. It does not even fill out the cover.

this thing literally sits like 18 inches
no this did not meet my needs, there was hardly any fluff material with this bag, the picture is false advertisement, this thing literally sits like 18 inches tall

Favorite of the 3 brands we purchased
We love it! Switching out couches in our bonus room with lots of bean bags! We bought 3 different brands (4 sacks) and chill sack is our favorite. It came one week from when we ordered it. The stuffing came in it’s own bag. The zipper was stuck on the plastic, but you don’t need that bag so we carefully tore it open. The slightly cheaper bags don’t have a removable shell. It all comes in the bag. Worth the extra money. It was pretty stiff (it comes very compact!). We let the kids jump on it to try and break it up. Nothing crazy... just dancing really. As we rolled it over we noticed a small hole. I don’t think it was the kids because it was on the bottom. I contacted seller and they are sending a new cover. Very fast response. No questions asked. I just had to send a photo. If it didn’t have an extra shell stuffing would be spilling. Really think it’s nice to have. (3rd brand of bag came through Amazon. Was the wrong color. We already opened it and would need to return it to exchange it. Yah... we’ll just keep it, but sad, we really wanted the orange.)It is heavy!!! It is nicer to add an extra 5lbs of stuffing too. But great experience and great bag!
