A beautiful and Functional set of stainless steel
A beautiful and Functional set of stainless steel. Every pot/pan is useful; just the sizes & types I needed, especially the saucier and saute pan. They are weighted perfectly and am impressed with cooking in them as the ply going up the sides of the pans--which I've never had in p&ps before. Nothing burns, including the bottom of the pans. I've used dry heat to make quesadillas in the fry pan with great results and no damage to it. Only thing is the lids get very hot, especially the handles, so I keep a dish towel at the ready to check food as its cooking. Da Salla is great! I had never heard of The French Chefs before and could not find any reviews of this cookware on the internet, so they allowed me to open the box and check the style, weight and look of each piece before purchase -- happy that they are a local vendor. They were also knowledgeable about All cookware as they sell Everything and told me I would not be disappointed with this set over time. Will buy from them again. Thanks!
