Project Management Process Posters 5th Edition - 18" x 24" Map – March 1, 2018

I am taking a course at a local college for Project Management (PM). These posters help me organize and keep track of each of the steps in PM. If you are a serious student of PM and looking to get into the profession, this visual representation will help you.

TOOK FOR EVER to ARRIVE!could have put more effort into the project and processes and created templates as guidelines for new PM's and BPM's....plus, putting your company logo all over the product was annoying.

By trying to squeeze 10 or 15 pages worth of content into 5 pages, the authors have produced something which is of no use to anybody as posters, and of limited usefulness as something to be studied close up, unless you have perfect vision.The first half of the first poster, which is the table showing the 47 processes organized by the five process groups and the 10 knowledge areas. would have been worth price of the whole package if only it had been formatted for a full poster rather than a half comma and the width of the columns laid out roughly in proportion to the number of processes. The color coding would be slightly helpful if it were not for the fact that the biggest column, planning, is shown in Black letters on a very dark background making it doubly illegible.The second half of the first poster is a flowchart of the project management process. It is illegible because of the tiny print and the aforementioned problem with the color code. It would have been very valuable if it had been given a full poster rather than miniaturized into half of one.The remaining four posters are given to the 47 processes treated individually with some good information in extremely tiny tiny print. The poster format is not well suited to this because you have to concentrate on one little bit in order to see anything so it is impossible to see the big picture. Doing it page by age would be more useful.

Package arrived rolled up, but some time under an area rug flattened them right out. Great illustration of the PMP project groups and processes for visual thinkers like me.

Extremely helpful for studying for the PMP or to double-check your process when managing projects at work. They are large, so it may be helpful to post them on the wall where you have room.

Honestly this chart is decent. Do I think it's worth the money? ehhhhhhhhh, I believe that it doesn't hurt to have extra study materials so from that perspective I think it is worth it. If you already have a PMP chart that you are comfortable with and understand then do not waste your money.

Exactly what I needed for reference purposes. The posters are an excellent tool to utilize to refer to the knowledge areas and the 47 Processes.

The posters are a little larger than expected but they look great on my office wall.
