As they resolved my complaint, I've updated the review from a 3 to a 4. The dock does function quite well.Good charging dock. Not so good for fast USB transfers.As a charging dock, it works fine - which was my purpose for buying this. The fit is good, and my LG V20 charges fine. Construction is of good quality. It being a bit more heavy would make it perfect for stability and one-handed phone removalIT IS NOT A USB 3.1 STAND. The cable and its connector are USB 1.x / 2.0, which is fine for charging, but it is not capable of transferring data at speeds the USB 3.1 / USB-C devices are capable of.Calling it a USB 3.1 stand is a bit of a stretch.

Works perfectly as both a stand AND a charging dock. There is an adjustable 'wheel' that allows you to move the charging port plug either up or down which allows you to use it with any manner of cases, and their varied thickness. Once it's plugged into the wall outlet, all you ahve to do is slide your phone onto the charging port plug and it's up and running. What I really like is that it now makes it stand up which also allows you to read the screen or use the phone, without having to pick it up to see who might be calling

I'm not as impressed with this as with other docks I have had in the past. It does work well, but my phone tends to jiggle from side to side when docked. As it sits on my desk at work, it's no big deal and I can live with it. It charges my phone quickly.

UPDATE: seller emailed me and made it better for me. doesnt dock easily. dosent accept '' fast charging"

Not a rapid charge, but it charges and has been working for quite a few months now without issues on my google pixel

It works great. Something is loose inside however, but I plug my phone in at night in the morning its charged. Great price. And the delivery was earlier than started. Good job, I'll see ya again soon
