Just know when you open the box, you will use such a minor amount of TV hardware, you'll have a ton of stuff left over. The stand is easily assembled and the parts fit well and securely. Mounting the TV on the brackets was a piece of cake as well as securing it with the provided hardware to keep it from falling. I am using it on the lowest height with a 45" TV at a distance of about 8 feet on a low-sitting sofa. Absolutely love it. The TV can swivel if necessary, but we don't use it. Placed a small crate on the floor stand section which will hold the sound bar when it arrives later tonight. The setup is perfect. Recommended!
