CatalystiPhone 13 Case Vibe Series, Compatible with MagSafe, Drop Proof Protection, Slim Case Design, with Lanyard (Battleship Grey)

It’s everything one would want in a phone case: style, protection and feel. Plus, it looks like no other phone case I’ve come across.

10/08/21 - I believe I was sent a prototype version of the case as A) only 10 cases were available to purchase during first listing; and B) The case is still in pre-order status on Catalyst site.Noticed out of the box, immediate cosmetic imperfections on the case as well as taking note that the buttons are pretty loose. On the Vibe 12 pro max version, the buttons are pretty snug. I'm not sure if this is by design or a flaw. There is a lot of 'give' on the buttons and they slide linearly up and down. The Mute wheel squeaks at times and separates from the case when turning on silent mode (clockwise turn).Upon speaking with Catalyst RMA services, I get a strange request “please send us a PICTURE OF THE PHONE WITHOUT THE CASE showing the front and the sides so we may look into this further. We look forward to your response and if you have further questions, please let me know. Thank you for your time and patience.”Picture of my the iPhone 13 Pro Max without the case…Sounds like unfinished product to me. The buttons now have a non-linear give to them meaning they can move up and down, forward and back. I don't understand how the replacement from Catalyst themselves in HK send over a case that wasn't quality controlled. And by this time, they should've had enough time to acquire a Pro Max 13 to run troubleshooting on their case.Overall Score: 1/4 stars. Case seems fine otherwise, but the knob inside wore out and doesn’t function properly anymore. Pretty disappointing it didn’t even last a month. I had a case for an 11 pro max with no issues and I love the little knob.

This case would’ve been perfect except for the fact that the gray was too light. Not dark gray like the pictures portray. Returned it for that reason only.
