Unpretentious Coconut Sugar (1 Gallon)

Very good a great healthy alternative to process sugar. I use it to sweeten my coffee and I am satisfied thank you very much.

It’s sweet

This was fine for what I was using it for. The only issue is that it was very lumpy and hard. I expected it to be more loose. It worked for what I was using it for and I will order again in hopes of it being more loose.

I have been using coconut sugar for a long time this product was economical It takes me a long time to use coconut sugar. I mainly used it for my hot cereals and some backing. The flavor reminds me a little like sorghum syrup. it does not clump up as bad as brown sugar after sitting for a long period of time if air get to it. I found it very stable shelf like and not taste old like some things. Coconut sugar does impact insulin levels, albeit to a lesser extent than regular table sugar. When you consume foods with sugars, your blood sugar rises, and the body releases insulin to help utilize or store that sugar. Coconut sugar has a glycemic index (GI) of approximately 35-54, which is lower than that of table sugar. This lower GI is partly due to coconut sugar’s inulin content, a type of dietary fiber that can slow the absorption of glucose and lead to a more gradual rise in blood sugar levels

The coconut sugar arrived with the inside plastic seal broken and open. This is not the right way to ship items. I would like my money refunded.
