Phone came with a similar BUT very flimsy case. I ordered this one to replace the free one.This case is sturdy and fits well. The case is easy to hold and won't slip out of your hand. This case will not protect against dropping the phone; however, I only purchased it to protect against the normal wear and tear of everyday use. I would definitely recommend this case for anyone needing a good, silicone case.

Excellent case. Material is thick enough to protect phone while not being too bulky. I like the way the case extends over the surface of the phone to keep it off the surface of a table when it is laid down flat. I've purchased several of these, in different colors, and recommend them based on their cost, quality, and function.
