Poor quality!
The wheels came off after a month and the zipper broke. I bought one from them about 10-11 years ago and it stood the test of time. They must be using cheaper parts now.

Had it for about a month now. I live on the 2nd floor non elevator building. This is perfect for pulling up flights of stairs with a cart full of groceries. Also works well on subway stairs.

Smaller than I thought.
Wish it were a little larger and constructed with a more heavy duty frame, then it would be perfect! It is good for the present time.
